Regarding Authorization Levels:
Projects where the commissioned content is used for profit purposes will be considered commercial use
Non-Commercial Use
For personal/private use only
No profit allowed in any way
The illustrator can freely publish the commission on the Internet
Self-Media Use (Currently unavailable, all profit use shall be referred to as "Full Commercial use" Tier)
(Self-Media use is usually limited to digital creator, including YouTubers)
Self-promotion is allowed (e.g. Company logo, video thumbnail, etc.),
Or behind the comprehensive information on the items (e.g. welfare only for members)
The illustrator cannot freely publish this work online (See NOTE A).
Full Commercial Use
Directly used for profit purposes
(e.g. merchandise, printed works)
The illustrator cannot freely publish this work online.

All character rights are granted to the commissioner.
(Character ownership refers to the character concept, including but not limited to: name, backstory, appearance, personality, etc.)

Ownership of production works belongs to the client.
(Image copyright refers to the specific image files created by the artist based on the commission, including composition, color, line art, and other artistic expressions.)

Image production rights belong to the artist.

(NOTE A) Once the commission is completed, the artwork will be included in the illustrator's portfolio by default. The illustrator will make the public publication available after the client has published the commissioned artwork, or one year after the commission is completed.

The purchase of the right of disclosure must be negotiated separately.
Prohibitions (Applicable to all tiers):
- Claiming modified works as original works;
- Use the work for illegal or discriminatory content according to local laws;
- Reselling or sublicensing the works without the illustrator's permission;

Commission Work Flow
1. The commissioner fills out the commission form
2. The illustrator will reply to the email to confirm the content and preliminary quotation.
3. The commissioner will provide reference images* (if any) to discuss details and confirm the draft.
4. Illustrator will prepare line art & background colour (can be modified once).
5. Fine-tuning and refinement of the colour draft will be carried out by the illustrator (can be modified once).
6. The illustrator will complete the drawing and deliver the finished product.
Notice!
You can make one revision per stage, but you cannot go back and make revisions. Omissions and mistakes in the drawing are not counted towards the number of revisions.
To facilitate the preservation of discussion records, All communication will be conducted via email. Discussions on other social media platforms are not available.
